What is RoomLab.app?
RoomLab.app enables intelligent space transformation through a simple three-step process: upload the original photo → AI-driven automatic redesign or virtual staging → download and share high-quality results. To date, it has served over 6,700 users worldwide, generating more than 16,700 room images, widely applied in key scenarios such as staging vacant properties, previewing renovation outcomes, and rapidly comparing design options.
Key features
It allows you to upload reference images and precisely replace any elements—such as sofas, tables, chairs, flooring, or wall coverings—while providing real-time previews of material and style match results.
With its video transition feature, the tool automatically generates dynamic reveal videos—from an empty room to a fully staged space—based on a single 2D room photo, significantly reducing traditional manual production time.
Use cases and audience
Architects, real estate agents, and interior designers
- Virtual staging for vacant properties: furnish and decorate empty homes to give buyers a clear sense of how the space will look when lived in, eliminating the need for physical staging.
- Interior style redesign: Replace sofas, tables and chairs, flooring, or wall materials—simply upload a reference image to seamlessly integrate it into the real scene.
- Decoration effect preview: Upload any room photo to quickly generate dozens of interior design style options, aiding decision-making and client communication.
Original room photos (supporting both vacant and furnished spaces), with optional style reference image uploads
High-definition interior renderings (default resolution; 4K output requires an additional +10 credits); generated results are retained for: 1 month under Pro/Ultra plans, and 3 months under Premium plans
Frequently asked questions
What are Credits? How many Credits does each image consume?
Each image generation consumes approximately 10 credits, with an additional 10 credits for 4K output. Credits serve as the billing unit for all generation operations.
Do Credits expire? How should unused Credits be handled?
During the subscription period, credits do not expire automatically; any unused credits carry over to the following month. Annual subscribers receive monthly credit allocations rather than a one-time credit deposit. Upon cancellation, remaining subscription credits are retained and will be unlocked upon re-purchase. For the Personal plan (one-time purchase) and recharge packages, credits remain valid indefinitely.
