What is Typecast?
Typecast combines script text with vocal performance, allowing you to adjust emotion, speech rate, and dynamics, and uses Smart Emotion to shape delivery based on the text. The voice cloning portal is used to create authorized voice profiles; however, multilingual pronunciation and character authorization still require verification, and the emotional consistency demonstrated in the examples should not be assumed for every input.
The platform introduces the creative editor, the mobile app, and the API. The API section lists over 600 sounds and more than 35 languages, along with multilingual SDK examples; these are product descriptions for that entry point and do not imply that the free editor, all accounts, and all models include the same quota. After generation, be sure to preview the audio and verify the export and usage terms.
